You bet! We offer a rent-to-own (RTO) program that offers financial flexibility superior to traditional financing. RTO requires no qualifications, no credit checks, and provides no hassles. You are ready to go with just a few questions.

You typically don’t have to do much. Just clear a path from your street or driveway to the chosen location for your shed. Look for low hanging limbs and remove any obstacles.

Our sheds also are built on pressure-treated skids that have been designed for direct ground contact. Therefore, if you prefer a gravel pad or even a concrete pad, just add a minimum of six inches to it beyond the dimensions of your shed before the building arrives.

Finally, if your location is noticeably sloped, we offer a concrete block option, as well, to level your building. Just ask for it before delivery.

Check with your town or city hall. All towns operate differently, and some require permits based on square footage. Others don’t require any permits at all.

Our delivery drivers are highly skilled and use specialized equipment to make your delivery simple. You don’t need to worry about a thing.

Absolutely. Our sheds feature a Lifetime Warranty that covers your structure from any manufacturing defects and material failure. We guarantee that, when used properly, our buildings will remain structurally sound for 25 years.

This warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, fading of exterior surfaces, and general aging typical to any outdoor products that are exposed to the elements.

You will need to periodically clean, paint, caulk, and keep vegetation from growing around the edges of your shed for sufficient airflow. But, with proper care, we expect your building to have overall longevity of 50-60 years.

The Lifetime Warranty applies to buildings purchased at list price only. The customer must return the warranty sheet by mail. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
